Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Gina Lamb is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Emerald Enterprise and Distribution, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, customer relations, regulatory compliance, and business development.
Throughout her career, Gina has successfully led complex operations, optimized logistics and inventory systems, built high-performing teams, and developed lasting client relationships across the retail, recruiting, and sales industries. Her experience has been shaped by a commitment to operational excellence, strategic leadership, and delivering measurable results while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
Emerald Enterprise and Distribution was established with a mission to elevate the standard of cannabis transportation and distribution in Minnesota. Under Gina’s leadership, the company delivers secure, compliant, and reliable logistics solutions while fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, integrity, and operational excellence.

As Chief Operating Officer of Emerald Enterprise & Distribution, Jared A. Swanson brings a wealth of operational expertise, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to servant leadership. Driven by a dedication to helping others succeed, Jared focuses on building sustainable, high-performing teams and cultivating a workplace culture where
both the business and its people can thrive.
Jared’s approach to executive leadership was forged through over a decade of ground-up operational experience. Beginning his career at just 15 years old in the fast-paced hospitality industry, he spent years mastering the mechanics of the business, eventually
working his way up from entry-level roles to General Manager. This hands-on journey instilled in him a relentless work ethic and a deep understanding of operational logistics.
Today, his greatest strengths lie in team development, process optimization, and navigating complex business challenges with agility and focus. His teams describe him as a passionate and driven executive who leads by example.
A firm believer that true leadership requires both resilience and empathy, Jared applies this philosophy not only in the boardroom but also within his community. He is the Co-Founder of ElevateMN, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing mental health awareness, providing support resources, and fostering community connection. Whether he is mentoring future leaders, streamlining operations, or advocating for meaningful community partnerships, Jared’s mission is to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
At his core, Jared anchors his life and leadership in his dedication to his
family. Sharing his journey with his wife and two daughters provides the

Matt Lamb
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Matt brings years of leadership, business ownership, and customer service experience to Emerald Enterprise & Distribution.
After spending several years working as a 49er in the union, Matt gained valuable experience in hard work, teamwork, communication, and leadership. During the pandemic, he took a leap of faith and started his own business. That decision became the beginning of a successful journey as a business owner, where he has continued to grow, learn, and build relationships with customers and the people around him.
Matt believes that great businesses are built on great relationships. His focus has always been on customer service, clear communication, reliability, and making sure people feel heard and valued.
His leadership style is rooted in servant leadership—leading by example, supporting his team, putting people first, and never asking someone to do something he wouldn’t do himself.
Matt brings that same mindset to Emerald: work hard, communicate, serve others, and always do what’s right.
